  • Open Door Sessions

    We offer a drop-in counseling center on site or virtually. These confidential sessions provide a safe and private opportunity for staff members to discuss what they feel is impacting their job performance. We then assist them in developing strategies for coping with and resolving the issues. If long term therapy is needed, LP Connexio can help refer employees to a therapist and other resources as needed.

    Conflict resolution group sessions are also available and have proven invaluable to numerous companies.
